The quality of the work is outstanding, with particular attention being paid at all times to detail. Paul kept the project on programme & was constantly mindful of any extras. He always communicated with us, at every step of the works. The local Building Inspector was involved early on, by Paul, & consequently led to a smooth route through successful Building Regs. approval.

To be honest, we can’t recommend Paul Sarnicki enough; he is adaptable, fl exible, very hard working & punctual. In these days of austerity & numerous less than diligent Builders, he is an absolute ‘breath of fresh air. The Project was completed successfully & very much to our satisfaction. We literally had no snags at all. In addition, when Paul works with his sub contractors, they are of a similar vein, always on time & producing quality work.
